[摘要]天津匯金中心由超高層塔樓及附屬裙房組成,采用變剛度調(diào)平樁筏基礎設計,主塔樓及部分裙房南側(cè)緊鄰地鐵深基坑。通過分析工程檢驗樁數(shù)據(jù)、對比上部結(jié)構(gòu)-基礎-地基共同作用的沉降變形數(shù)值計算結(jié)果和實測結(jié)果以及對地鐵深基坑與主塔樓的相互影響的數(shù)值分析,證明了變剛度調(diào)平樁筏基礎設計的合理性以及采用有限元計算軟件Zsoil進行上部結(jié)構(gòu)-基礎-樁-土共同工作的數(shù)值計算分析的可靠性。

Analysis of foundation pile test data and foundation settlement data of Tianjin Huijin Center

Abstract:Tianjin Huijin Center consists of super high-rise tower and ancillary podium. It adopts variable rigidity leveling design of piled raft foundation, the south side of main tower and part of podium are near the subway deep excavation. Engineering test pile data were analyzed. Numerical calculation results and experimental results of settlement deformation of superstructure-foundation-soil interaction were compared. Numerical analysis of mutual influence of deep excavation of subway and the main tower was conducted. It proves that the design of variable stiffness leveling piled raft foundation is reasonable and it is reliable to conduct numerical analysis and calculation of the superstructure-foundation-soil interaction using the finite element software Zsoil.
