[摘要]北京鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通中心是北京及周邊重要的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易運輸樞紐之一,分為交易區(qū)和服務(wù)區(qū)。其中交易區(qū)地下長540m、寬210m,地上分為8個結(jié)構(gòu)單元,每個結(jié)構(gòu)單元長度為80~110m。交易區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用加消能減震(BRB和MD)技術(shù)的現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架。本工程的特點是超長、超重、高大空曠,故對于該工程超重動荷載與超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耦合問題進(jìn)行了專項研究,采用預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)改善其結(jié)構(gòu)服役表現(xiàn);針對高烈度區(qū)、超重荷載、層高大等特點,引入減隔震技術(shù),減小地震作用,提高抗震性能,從而保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全,并進(jìn)行超長、超重結(jié)構(gòu)分析以及大震下動力彈塑性計算。

Structural design of Beijing Fresh Agricultural Products Disteribution Center

Abstract:Beijing Fresh Agricultural Products Disteribution Center is one of the important transportation hubs for agricultural commodities trading in Beijing and surrounding areas, which is divided into trading areas and service areas. The trading area is 540m long and 210m wide underground, and there are 8 structural units with 80~110 meters in length for each unit. The structural system of trading area adopts the reinforced concrete frame with the buckling restrained braces and mass dampers as energy dissipation measures. The features of this project are overlength, overload, tall and empty, etc. Special studies were conducted for the coupling issue of overload and overlength concrete structure, and prestress technique was used to improve its structural service performance. In order to ensure the structural safety, the seismic isolation and energy dissipation technologies were introduced to reduce the seismic action and improve the seismic performance, considering the high intensity area, overload and high floor height. The structural analysis of super-long and overweight structure  and the dynamic elasto-plastic calculation under the rare earthquakes were carried out.
