[摘要]北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)航站區(qū)主要包括航站樓及綜合換乘中心、綜合服務(wù)中心三個(gè)建筑單元。綜合服務(wù)中心由停車樓、酒店、辦公樓組成,其中酒店采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系及屈曲約束支撐。由于結(jié)構(gòu)存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、構(gòu)件間斷及局部不規(guī)則等超限項(xiàng),為保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全,對(duì)其進(jìn)行小震承載力驗(yàn)算,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行性能化設(shè)計(jì)。為掌握屈曲約束支撐在大震作用下的耗能機(jī)制,運(yùn)用ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行動(dòng)力彈塑性分析。結(jié)果表明:在8度三向大震作用下,所有屈曲約束支撐均屈服,且大部分滯回曲線的形狀較飽滿,發(fā)揮了良好的耗能作用。在大震作用下,酒店結(jié)構(gòu)的彈塑性反應(yīng)和破壞機(jī)制符合結(jié)構(gòu)抗震概念設(shè)計(jì)要求,也滿足規(guī)范“大震不倒”的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis of hotel project of integrated service center of Beijing New Airport

Abstract:Beijing New Airport terminal area mainly includes three building units of terminal building, integrated transfer center and integrated service center. The integrated service center is composed of parking buildings, hotels and office buildings. The hotel adopts the reinforced concrete frame structural system and the buckling restrained braces. There are out-of-code items including torsional irregularities, discontinuous floors, component discontinuities and local irregularities overrun. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, the checking of bearing capacity under frequent earthquake was conducted and the performance-based design was conducted on key components. In order to study the energy dissipation mechanism of buckling restrained braces under rare earthquake, the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis was carried out by using ABAQUS. The results show that all the buckling restrained braces yield under the action of three-directional rare earthquakes of 8 degree of seismic intensity, and the shape of most hysteretic curves are full, which plays a good role in energy dissipation. Under the action of rare earthquake, the elastic-plastic response and failure mechanism of the hotel structure meet the requirements of structural seismic concept design, and also meet the seismic performance target of “not collapsing under rare earthquake” required by the code.
