[摘要]北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)屋頂及支承系統(tǒng)采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu),航站樓屋頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)分為6個(gè)區(qū),分別為中央大廳和5個(gè)指廊區(qū)域,大廳部分屋頂支承結(jié)構(gòu)由C形柱、支承筒、北側(cè)幕墻支承框架、鋼管柱和其他幕墻柱組成,指廊由鋼管柱和幕墻柱支承,屋頂為自由曲面,結(jié)構(gòu)形式為網(wǎng)架和桁架,屋面圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)為帶裝飾板的直立鎖邊金屬屋面,外墻圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)為玻璃幕墻。介紹了北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓屋頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,對(duì)其中最為復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)單元中央大廳屋頂支承結(jié)構(gòu)(C形柱)的承載能力做了詳細(xì)的分析研究,并對(duì)中央大廳整體屋頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的非線性穩(wěn)定承載能力做了細(xì)致的研究,同時(shí)對(duì)屋頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支承結(jié)構(gòu)的整體豎向承載能力和水平承載能力分別進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)了多個(gè)角度下水平承載能力大小,為確定支承結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能提供了依據(jù)。

Steel structural design of terminal building of Beijing New Airport

Abstract:Steel structures are used for roof structure and its supporting system of terminal building of Beijing New Airport. The roof steel structure of the terminal building is divided into 6 districts, namely the central hall and 5 corridor areas. The roof supporting structure of the hall part is composed of C-shaped column, supporting tube, north curtain wall supporting frame, steel pipe column and other curtain wall column. The corridor is supported by steel pipe column and curtain wall. The roof features a free-form surface and the structural system is grid and truss. The roof containment system adopts an upright lockrand metal roof with decoration plate. The external wall containment system adopts a glass curtain wall. The structural system of the roof steel structure of terminal building of Beijing New Airport was introduced, and a detailed analysis was conducted on the bearing capacity of the most complex structural unit:roof supporting structure (C-shaped column) in the central hall. At the same time, the overall vertical bearing capacity and horizontal bearing structure of roof steel structure supporting system were analyzed, and the horizontal bearing capacity of multi angles was summarized, providing a basis for determining the seismic performance of the supporting structure.
