高強(qiáng)度水泥凈漿的氯離子滲透性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]針對(duì)青海鹽湖地區(qū)特定的自然環(huán)境,以水(鹵水)、水泥、膨脹劑、高效減水劑為原材料,成功配制出了具有高強(qiáng)度、高流動(dòng)度、良好抗氯離子侵蝕能力的高強(qiáng)度水泥凈漿。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在常溫養(yǎng)護(hù)下,水灰比在0-32~0-4之間時(shí),各組試件均可達(dá)到較高的抗折強(qiáng)度和抗壓強(qiáng)度,而且具有良好的抗氯離子侵蝕能力,但采用鹵水配制高強(qiáng)度水泥凈漿時(shí)會(huì)引起流動(dòng)度不佳。因此,采用鹵水配制高強(qiáng)度水泥凈漿時(shí),需對(duì)水灰比范圍進(jìn)行適度調(diào)整,調(diào)整后的水泥凈漿在28d后仍然能夠使其抗折強(qiáng)度達(dá)到7MPa以上和抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到40MPa以上,且抗氯離子侵蝕能力基本不變。

Experimental study on the penetration properties of chloride ions of high strength cement paste

Abstract:High strength cement paste, which is made of bittern, cement, expanders and superplasticizer, has flexural strength, strong flowability and good capability of resistance to chloride ions penetration, to resist the special nature environment of salt lake region in Qinghai province. The experimental results show that under normal temperature curing, every group of sample can reach higher flexural strength and compressive strength and a better resistance capabilities to penetration of chloride ions when the water-cement ratio is at the range from 0-32 to 0-40; however, the fluidity is not well if the original water is replaced by bittern to make high strength cement paste. Therefore, the water-cement ratio range is suggested to adjust when using bittern to make high strength cement paste and it can also keep a high flexural strengths over 7MPa and compressive strengths over 40MPa after 28 days of curing and the capabilities of resistance to chloride ions penetration would not change much.
