[摘要]開展銹蝕鋼筋混凝土梁受彎試驗(yàn),通過試驗(yàn)梁變形曲線、荷載撓度曲線及混凝土應(yīng)變曲線等對(duì)試驗(yàn)梁變形性能進(jìn)行深入分析。研究表明,在荷載作用下,試驗(yàn)梁B15-1,B15-2從屈服至破壞階段的變形急劇增大,試驗(yàn)梁B15-2發(fā)生了脆性破壞。隨著縱筋銹蝕率的增大,試驗(yàn)梁的屈服荷載及極限荷載均逐漸下降,屈服階段不再明顯,混凝土應(yīng)變曲線不再符合平截面假定。當(dāng)縱筋銹蝕率小于10%時(shí),試驗(yàn)梁的剛度隨銹蝕率的增大略有增加,當(dāng)縱筋銹蝕率大于10%時(shí),試驗(yàn)梁剛度下降較快,且變形不再協(xié)調(diào)。

Deformation performance analysis of corroded reinforced concrete beam

Abstract:The flexural tests were carried out on corroded reinforced concrete beams to study the deformation performance of the test beams through deformation curve, load-deflection curve and concrete strain curve of test beams. The results show that under the loading actions, the deformations of the test beam B15-1 and B15-2 increase sharply from the yielding stage to the failure stage, and the brittle failure happens on the test beam B15-2. With the increase of corrosion rate of longitudinal reinforcement, the yielding load and ultimate load of the test beam decrease gradually, the yielding stage is no longer obvious, and the concrete strain curve no longer conforms to the plane section assumption. When the corrosion rate of the longitudinal reinforcement is less than 10%, the rigidity of the test beam increases slightly with the increase of the corrosion rate. When the corrosion rate of the longitudinal reinforcement is larger than 10%, the rigidity of the test beam declines rapidly and the deformation is no longer coordinated.
