國家金融信息大廈煙囪效應(yīng)數(shù)值分析研究

[摘要]建立了6個(gè)超高層建筑煙囪效應(yīng)的測試模型,分析了室內(nèi)外溫差、內(nèi)隔斷、電梯轉(zhuǎn)換及高大空間對煙囪效應(yīng)的影響,同時(shí)對國家金融信息中心大廈進(jìn)行了煙囪效應(yīng)模擬分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:外幕墻壓差分布規(guī)律與測試模型類似,沿高度總體呈線性變化,但在加強(qiáng)層處出現(xiàn)跳躍,270m高度位置出現(xiàn)高大幕墻空間時(shí),外幕墻壓差由負(fù)壓變?yōu)檎龎海匐S高度增加變?yōu)樨?fù)壓;內(nèi)幕墻壓差基本不隨高度增加而改變;設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)換的電梯可較好地將壓差控制在±10Pa左右,未設(shè)置轉(zhuǎn)換的電梯及其前室門在豎井上下部區(qū)段,壓差超出了ASHARE建議的25Pa限值。

Numerical analysis research on stack effect of National Financial Information Center

Abstract:Six test models were built to investigate the stack effect of super high-rise building. The influences of indoor and outdoor temperature difference, inner partition, elevator conversion and large space on stack effect were analyzed. At the same time, the stack effect of the National Financial Information Center building was simulated and analyzed. The calculation results show that the distribution law of external curtain wall pressure difference is similar to that of the test model, featuring linear variation along the height in general. However, the pressure difference jumps at strengthening layer, and external curtain wall pressure difference changes from negative pressure to positive pressure at the height of 270m where there is a tall curtain wall space, and then external curtain wall pressure difference becomes negative pressure with increase of the height. Internal curtain wall pressure difference basically does not change along with the increase of the height. The conversion elevator successfully controls pressure difference within around ±10Pa, while pressure difference of non-conversion elevator and its atria door in upper and lower sections of shaft exceeds limit value 25Pa that is suggested by ASHARE.
