[摘要]國內(nèi)某展覽中心屋蓋采用單層單向懸索結(jié)構(gòu),其中懸索用鋼板帶代替;定長懸索通過壓重后變形而獲得初始預(yù)應(yīng)力。先通過單索拋物線理論確定符合建筑使用功能和美觀效果的初始態(tài)以及相應(yīng)屋面壓重;然后結(jié)合施工方案,以初始態(tài)為基礎(chǔ),通過不斷調(diào)整預(yù)起拱值的大小反推假定的零狀態(tài),進(jìn)行施工全過程正分析,直到壓重下懸索的變形位置達(dá)到建筑控制位置為止。結(jié)果表明,確定懸索零始態(tài)的關(guān)鍵在于邊桁架張拉的水平距離和懸索的初始長度;通過試算確定的零狀態(tài)模型,變形后懸索位置與建筑控制幾何位置之間的差距滿足預(yù)先設(shè)定的不大于10mm的要求;所采用的找形分析計算方法不僅能得到零狀態(tài)以便施工放樣,同時還可得到桿件相應(yīng)初始內(nèi)力,為分析屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)承受其他外荷載提供條件。此外,還比較了典型節(jié)點(diǎn)的位置、典型構(gòu)件的軸拉力隨施工過程的變化規(guī)律。

Form-finding analysis of stress-ribbon roof structure for an exhibition hall

Abstract:One-way monolayer suspension roof structure was adopted in an exhibition hall in China, and the cable structure was replaced by steel plate strip. The initial prestress on suspension cable with fixed length was obtained by deformation due to compression. The single cable parabolic theory was used to determine the initial state of the building that meets the building service function and the aesthetic effect as well as the corresponding roof weight. Then combined with the construction plan, with the initial state as the basis, pre-cambering value was continuously adjusted to deduce the assumed zero initial state to conduct the overall process analysis of construction until the deformation position of the suspension cable under heavy weight achieves the architectural control position. The results show that the key to determine the zero initial state of the suspension cable lies in the horizontal distance of side truss tension and initial length of suspension cable. The zero state model is determined through the trial, and the gap between suspension cable position after the deformation and geometric position of architectural control meet the preset requirement of no more than 10mm. The adopted form-finding analysis method not only can obtain the zero state for construction layout, but also can get the corresponding initial internal force for the bars, which provide conditions for analyzing other load conditions of roof structure. In addition, the positions of the typical nodes and the changing laws of the tension of typical members with the construction process were also compared.
