［摘要］當(dāng)前的大型購(gòu)物中心由于其功能豐富、業(yè)態(tài)多樣、人流密集造成空間關(guān)系復(fù)雜，對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提出了很多要求和挑戰(zhàn)。為了保證此類結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性、適用性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性，以多個(gè)實(shí)際工程為例，總結(jié)了在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中需要關(guān)注的幾個(gè)方面。首先是荷載和作用，包括地震作用、風(fēng)荷載、地下水作用、車輛荷載、立面荷載、機(jī)電荷載和預(yù)留荷載等；其次是上部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，需要重點(diǎn)把控結(jié)構(gòu)體系、不規(guī)則項(xiàng)、結(jié)構(gòu)超長(zhǎng)、振動(dòng)舒適度及附屬結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)；再次是地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)，需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注方案選型、抗浮設(shè)計(jì)、超長(zhǎng)設(shè)計(jì)、變形控制、施工順序等。針對(duì)這些要點(diǎn)，結(jié)合實(shí)際工程給出了設(shè)計(jì)概念、解決方法及相關(guān)建議，可供同類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Research on key points in structural design of large shopping malls

Abstract:Many challenges are raised by complicated space relation due to various function, formats and intensive flow in structural design of large shopping malls. Several aspects according to several actual engineering were presented in order to ensure safety, applicability and economy of structures. The first one was load and action including earthquake action, wind load, underwater action, vehicle load, facade load and MEP load, etc. The second one was the design of superstructure considering structural scheme, irregular aspects, length-exceeding design, vibration comfort and other attached structures. The third one was the design of ground and foundation comprising ground type, foundation type, anti-floating design, length-exceeding design, settlement control and construction sequence, etc. Based on these aspects, corresponding design concept, methods and suggestions are given according to actual cases for reference.
