［摘要］ 中國工商銀行綿竹支行綜合樓在汶川地震中部分結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件及非結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件破壞，結(jié)構(gòu)破壞程度為中等破壞。經(jīng)過方案比選，將工程結(jié)構(gòu)體系由框架結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，并對震損構(gòu)件進行了加固處理。實現(xiàn)了滿足安全和使用功能要求且加固工程量最小的目標(biāo)。

Abstract:The structural components and non-structural components of the office building of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Mianzhu were damaged in Wenchuan earthquake. The structure damage had been identified as moderate damage. The structural system was adjusted from frame structure to frame-shear wall structure in order to fulfill the safety and functional requirements by using the minimum amount of reinforcement.
