非連續(xù)級(jí)配再生粗骨料自密實(shí)混凝土梁受力性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為了研究非連續(xù)級(jí)配自密實(shí)再生混凝土梁的受力性能,設(shè)計(jì)并制作了6根非連續(xù)級(jí)配自密實(shí)再生混凝土梁試件,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行靜力單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn),觀察不同再生骨料取代率下不同強(qiáng)度非連續(xù)級(jí)配自密實(shí)再生混凝土梁的破壞過程及破壞形態(tài),繪制出荷載-變形、荷載-應(yīng)變等關(guān)系曲線,分析了再生粗骨料取代率對(duì)試件極限承載力的影響;采用規(guī)范公式計(jì)算試件極限承載力和剛度并與試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:非連續(xù)級(jí)配自密實(shí)再生混凝土梁與普通混凝土梁的破壞過程和形態(tài)相似;再生粗骨料取代率對(duì)于最終跨中撓度的大小并沒有明顯的影響;混凝土規(guī)范方法可適用于非連續(xù)級(jí)配自密實(shí)再生混凝土梁的極限承載力及短期剛度計(jì)算。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of self-compacting concrete beams with discontinuousgraded recycled coarse aggregate

Abstract:In order to reveal the mechanical behavior of self-compacting recycled concrete beams with discontinuous graded recycled coarse aggregate, 6 specimens were designed for the test. And the static monotonous loading test was carried out to observe the failure process and failure modes of the non-continuous gradation self-compacted concrete beams with different intensities under different replacement rates. The load-deformation and load-strain curves were analyzed. The effect of the rate of coarse aggregate substitution on the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen was studied. The ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen were calculated by the canonical formula and compared with the experimental values. The results show that the failure process and mode of recycled coarse aggregate is similar to that of ordinary concrete beams. The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate has no obvious effect on the size of the final mid-span deflection. The current concrete method can be applied to the discontinuous gradation calculation of ultimate bearing capacity and short-term stiffness of self-compacting recycled concrete beams.
