高強(qiáng)鋼箱形軸壓及偏壓構(gòu)件相關(guān)屈曲有限元模型的建立與驗(yàn)證

[摘要]綜合考慮高強(qiáng)鋼箱形軸壓和偏壓構(gòu)件初始缺陷(整體、局部初彎曲)、殘余應(yīng)力以及幾何、材料非線性的影響,采用有限元軟件ANSYS建立有限元模型,并利用已有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)分析網(wǎng)格劃分方式、初始缺陷施加形式等對有限元模型計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,采用殘余應(yīng)力文件進(jìn)行兩次導(dǎo)入,能獲得較好的殘余應(yīng)力模擬效果;單元縱橫比控制在1∶3之內(nèi)時,能保證有限元模型得到較好的分析結(jié)果;基于本文分析所建立的有限元模型能很好地模擬相關(guān)構(gòu)件。

Buckling FEM modeling and verification for high-strength steel box section components under axial and eccentric compressions

Abstract:Finite element software ANSYS was used to establish finite element models of high-strength steel box section components under axial and eccentric compressions, considering the member initial geometric imperfections (the whole and local initial bending), the residual stress and the influence of geometric and material nonlinear, and existing test data were used to analyze effects of mesh division mode and the initial defect loading form on the calculation results of finite element model. The research results show that using residual stress documents for twice imports can obtain better simulation effect of residual stress. Unit aspect ratio controlled within the range of 1∶3 can ensure good analysis results of the finite element model. Finite element analysis model established based on study can well simulate the related components.
