[摘要]受彎構(gòu)件翼緣常會(huì)出現(xiàn)向截面中性軸彎曲的變形趨勢(shì),即所謂的翼緣卷曲現(xiàn)象,此現(xiàn)象與通常采用的截面剛周邊假定矛盾。我國(guó)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對(duì)受彎構(gòu)件截面承載力的計(jì)算均未考慮翼緣卷曲的影響,在某些情況下可能偏不安全,尤其是對(duì)翼緣寬厚比較大的壓型鋼板更甚。以壓型鋼板為研究對(duì)象,基于Winter翼緣卷曲分析模型,并在充分借鑒當(dāng)前國(guó)外相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和準(zhǔn)則的基礎(chǔ)上,得出無(wú)需考慮翼緣卷曲對(duì)壓型鋼板承載能力影響的控制條件,并結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬分析和算例驗(yàn)證,提出滿足工程設(shè)計(jì)使用的壓型鋼板構(gòu)造要求,為《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB 50018—2002)的修訂提供依據(jù)。

Analysis and design suggestion of profiled steel sheet with flange curling

Abstract:The flange of flexural member often appears to have a deformation tendency to bend to neutral section shaft, which is called flange curling, a phenomenon that is contradicted with the frequently-used assumption of section stiffness. In some cases, it tends to be unsafe that flange curling is not considered in the calculation of bearing capacity of flexural member in the current codes in China, especially for the steel sheet with large ratio of flange width to thickness. For profiled steel sheet, based on the current design methods and principles of the relevant foreign standards, the control condition of the influence of the flange curling on the bearing capacity of profiled steel sheet was figured out from the Winter flange curling analysis model. Then, combining the control conditions with the validation through finite element model analysis and examples, constructional requirements on profiled steel sheet were proposed to meet engineering design and use. And it will provide basis for the revision of Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures(GB 50018—2002).
