[摘要]通過(guò)BIM技術(shù)及不同軟件在濟(jì)南市港新園公租房建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用,從創(chuàng)建模型、碰撞檢測(cè)、進(jìn)度模擬、實(shí)時(shí)漫游等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,探討B(tài)IM軟件在裝配式建筑設(shè)計(jì)和建造過(guò)程中應(yīng)用的適用性和操作性能,提出可通過(guò)不同BIM軟件之間的相互配合,以實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目表現(xiàn)的最優(yōu)化和預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

Abstract:According to the application of BIM technology and software in the construction of project Gangxinyuan Public Rental Housing in Jinan city, four aspects including creating models, collision detection, schedule simulation and real-time roaming were researched,the applicability and operability of different BIM softwares using in the design and construction of perfabricated building were discussed, and the degree of adaptability between different BIM softwares was presented to attain the optimization and the target expected.
