某TOD地鐵上蓋建筑樁基水平承載力設(shè)計

[摘要]上海某交通樞紐站以TOD模式建設(shè)成為一個地鐵上蓋綜合體。該綜合體為層間隔震結(jié)構(gòu),同時由于該場地涉及多條地鐵線和鐵路線,情況非常復(fù)雜,導(dǎo)致該綜合體僅局部可設(shè)地下室,局部為獨(dú)立承臺,結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固條件與普通全地下室結(jié)構(gòu)不同,需要驗(yàn)算水平力作用下樁基的承載力。介紹該綜合體的樁基水平承載力設(shè)計,包括基底剪力在地下室和獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)之間的分配;比較了《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 94—2008)和上海市地方規(guī)范《地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范》(DGJ 08-11—2010)對樁基水平承載力的計算方法的異同點(diǎn),并最終采用《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 94—2008)的計算方法,對基樁進(jìn)行樁身強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算。結(jié)果表明,樁身內(nèi)力理論值與試樁結(jié)果吻合。同時將與隔震相關(guān)構(gòu)件直接相連的柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)承臺的性能目標(biāo)提高至中震不屈服。本項(xiàng)目的計算方法可為同類結(jié)構(gòu)提供參考。

Horizontal bearing capacity design of the pile foundation  of a TOD top-head platform building over subway

Abstract:A traffic hub station in Shanghai is built into a top-head platform building over subway in TOD mode. The complex building adopts interlayer isolation structure. The site involves many subway and railway lines, so the site condition is very complex, which leads to that the complex can only set basement partially and independent cushion cap partially. The structure embedment conditions are different from general integral basement structure, and it needs checking the bearing capacity of pile foundation under horizontal force. The design of the complex building′s pile foundation for horizontal force resistance was introduced, including the distribution of base shear between the basement and the independent foundation. The similarities and differences of methods in Technical code for building pile foundation (JGJ 94—2008) and Shanghai local code Foundation design code (DGJ 08-11—2010) to calculate the horizontal bearing capacity of the pile foundation were compared, and finally the method in former code was adopted to check the strength of pile foundation. The results show that the theoretical value of the pile internal force coincides with the pile test results. At the same time, the performance goal of the cushion cap of independent foundation under the column, which was directly connected with the seismically isolated members, was increased to the non-yielding under the fortification earthquake. The calculation method of this project can provide  reference for similar structures.
