［摘要］廣州某總部大樓是雙塔樓、雙連接體的超高層復(fù)雜連體建筑。這類建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方法與傳統(tǒng)建筑相差很大。雖然在國(guó)內(nèi)已建成多個(gè)連體結(jié)構(gòu)，但對(duì)此類結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能及設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究還不夠全面和深入。結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目的建筑特點(diǎn)，對(duì)連接體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多方案的比選，以確定連接體的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及連接方式。詳細(xì)分析了單塔樓與連體結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)特性、變形差異，以及在地震作用下連接體的內(nèi)力、連接體對(duì)塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)地震響應(yīng)的影響。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)本項(xiàng)目詳細(xì)的分析，豐富了現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)方法，可為類似工程提供設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Seismic performance analysis and design of a high-rise twin-tower with large-span connected structure

Abstract:A headquarters building in Guangzhou is a super high-rise complex building with twin\|towers and two connected bodies. The design of this kind of building differs greatly from that of traditional building. Although there are many connected structures in China, the study of seismic performance and design method of this kind of structure is not comprehensive and deep enough. In combination with the architectural features of the project, multiple schemes of the connection structure were compared to determine the structural form and connection method of the connected body. The dynamic characteristics, deformation difference of the single tower and the whole connected structure were analyzed. Also the internal force and the impact of connected bodies under the earthquake were analyzed in detail. Through the detailed analysis and design of this project, the existing design ideas and methods were enriched, providing reference for design of similar projects.
