［摘要］以上海軌道交通線某車輛段上蓋開發(fā)為工程背景，對此類以公共交通為導(dǎo)向的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了梳理。對車場由于工藝要求造成的首層天然薄弱層進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，提出了適當(dāng)?shù)男阅苣繕?biāo)；對上蓋與車場通常非同步建設(shè)的問題，給出了分期建設(shè)時(shí)針對性地采取結(jié)構(gòu)體系預(yù)留的建議；最后，對此類上蓋開發(fā)項(xiàng)目從結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)角度進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，提出了合理化建議。研究成果可以對此類車場上蓋開發(fā)項(xiàng)目提供一定參考。

Research on structure preservation technology for transit-oriented development

Abstract:The transit-oriented development over a depot of a section of Shanghai rail transit line was taken as an engineering background to research the characteristics and difficulties of the public transit oriented development project. The first natural weak story of the depot caused by the process requirements were analyzed in detail, and the proper performance targets were put forward. It was suggested that structure preservation was needed in phased construction to solve the non-synchronous construction problem of top-side platform and depot. Finally, the top-side platform development project was summarized from the perspective of structural technology, and reasonable suggestions were put forward. The research results can provide some reference for the development of top-side platform over a depot.
