[摘要]鄭州銀基中央廣場項(xiàng)目包含兩棟塔樓和裙房,采用了不設(shè)置永久結(jié)構(gòu)縫的大底盤多塔結(jié)構(gòu)形式,屬復(fù)雜超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。高塔采用框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)合塔樓高區(qū)酒店和中、低區(qū)辦公功能對柱網(wǎng)的不同需求,利用高區(qū)的設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)換層進(jìn)行了外框柱網(wǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)換,角部采用了折梁轉(zhuǎn)換;由于低塔核心筒的高寬比達(dá)到15-7,為加強(qiáng)整體抗側(cè)剛度,采用了框架+端墻/樓面梁+核心筒的抗側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)體系。針對與端墻相連樓面梁的受力特點(diǎn),對其進(jìn)行了剛度敏感性分析以模擬不同地震水準(zhǔn)下的剛度退化影響。并制定了區(qū)別于一般耗能構(gòu)件的性能目標(biāo),即大震作用下,允許較大比例的連梁嚴(yán)重破壞耗能,并對連梁采取了防跌落構(gòu)造措施。另外,對塔樓的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)及考慮變剛度調(diào)平的布樁方法、中震作用下核心筒外墻的拉應(yīng)力分析及處理措施進(jìn)行了論述。

Structural design on Yinji Central Plaza in Zhengzhou

Abstract:Yinji Central Plaza project in Zhengzhou consists of two tower buildings and one commercial podium, and it adopts the multi-tower structure with large chassis and without permanent structural joints. It is a complex out-of-code high-rise structure. Higher tower building adopts  structural system of  frame and reinforced concrete corewall. Considering different needs of hotels in higher zone and offices in middle and lower zones for the column grid, the equipment transition layer in higher zone is used to transfer external frame column grid, and folded beam transition is adopted in the corners; due to the high aspect ratio of corewall for low tower building is 15-7, the lateral resistant system is adopted including frame+end shear wall and floor beam+corewall, in order to strengthen the overall lateral stiffness. Considering the mechanical characteristics of floor beam connected with end shear wall, the stiffness sensitivity analysis was conducted to simulate influences of stiffness degradation under different earthquake levels. Performance objectives were developed different from general energy dissipation components: under the rare earthquake, a larger proportion of coupled beams were allowed to suffer from serious damage for energy dissipation. Construction measures were taken to prevent from dropping of coupled beam. In addition, the foundation design of the tower building and the variable stiffness leveling method for pile layout, the tensile stress analysis and treatment measures of the external shear wall of corewall under the fortification earthquake were discussed.
