[摘要]廈門(mén)欣賀研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)中心項(xiàng)目為辦公樓,采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,因其造型獨(dú)特造成結(jié)構(gòu)上較多的水平和豎向不規(guī)則。除此之外項(xiàng)目還存在較多的大跨度和大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu),最大跨度為30-5m,最大懸挑長(zhǎng)度為13-2m,屬于復(fù)雜的超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)平面布置不規(guī)則、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)及大跨度大懸挑等特點(diǎn),對(duì)關(guān)鍵位置內(nèi)置型鋼,保證傳力路徑的有效性,并采用HYPERWORK軟件進(jìn)行懸挑翼墻節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析,采用GSA軟件進(jìn)行舒適度驗(yàn)算,采用LS-DYNA軟件進(jìn)行罕遇地震彈塑性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)傳力可靠,各結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件可以滿(mǎn)足既定的性能目標(biāo),具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design on Xinhe R&D Center Project

Abstract:Xiamen Xinhe R&D Design Center Project is office tower with frame-shear wall structural system. There are many lateral and vertical structural irregularities due to the unique architecture shape. It is a complicated out-of-code high-rise building structure with many large-span and large-cantilever structures, the maximum span is 30-5m, the maximum cantilever is 13-2m. Considering the characteristics of irregular structural layout, discontinuous vertical components, large-span and large-cantilever components, section steel was embedded in the key positions to ensure the effectiveness of the force transmission path. Finite element analysis was carried out on joints of cantilever flange wall using HYPERWORK software. GSA software was used for comfort degree checking. LS-DYNA software was used for the elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake. The results show that the structural force transmission is reliable, and the structural components can meet the established performance goals and have good seismic performance.
