弘毅中心辦公塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]弘毅中心辦公塔樓為大跨復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu),筒體(剪力墻)偏置在一側(cè),采用方鋼管混凝土柱+H型鋼梁+鋼筋混凝土筒體結(jié)構(gòu)體系。該結(jié)構(gòu)具有以下特點(diǎn):一是框架柱數(shù)量較少,屬于疏柱框架;二是筒體偏置,扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)較顯著;三是筒外辦公區(qū)域鋼梁跨度較大,約為19m。針對(duì)筒體偏置、疏柱框架及大跨鋼梁等結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),利用MIDAS,ETABS軟件進(jìn)行了小震計(jì)算與復(fù)核,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的疏柱框架、偏心筒、大跨梁板體系做了專項(xiàng)分析;采用LS-DYNA軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了罕震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明,小震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件處于彈性工作狀態(tài);大震作用下框架體系基本完好,筒體剪力墻出現(xiàn)輕微程度損傷;結(jié)構(gòu)變形滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理可行。

Structural design for Hony Center Office Tower

Abstract:Hony Center Office Tower is a large-span complex high-rise structure. The structural system is comprised of the concrete-filled square steel tubular column+H-shaped steel beam+reinforced concrete corewall, with corewall placed eccentrically. The structure has three characteristics: first, there are few frame columns, so it belongs to frame structure with sparse columns; second, the corewall is eccentrically placed with obvious torsional effect; third, the span of steel beams in official area outside corewall is as large as 19m. Considering the structural characteristics of eccentrically placed corewall, frame with sparse columns and large-span steel beams, MIDAS and ETABS programs were used for calculating and checking under the  frequent earthquake, and special analyses were conducted on the frame with sparse column, eccentrically placed corewall and large-span beam-slab system. LS-DYNA software was used to conduct elasto-plastic time-history analysis on the structure under the rare earthquake. The results show that the main lateral components of the structure are in the elastic state under frequent earthquake; the frame system is basically intact under the  rare earthquake, and the shear wall of corewall shows a slight degree of damage; structural deformation can meet the requirements of specification, and structural system is reasonable and feasible.
