[摘要]貴陽某商業(yè)建筑為復雜超長和抗震超限結(jié)構(gòu),大跨樓蓋和大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)多,平面尺寸達到281m×290m。詳細研究項目中的設(shè)計難點,緊抓控制質(zhì)量和保證施工進度的關(guān)系,精進分析技術(shù),提出具體而有效的應(yīng)對措施以保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和經(jīng)濟性,解決了設(shè)計進度和設(shè)計質(zhì)量的矛盾。詳細介紹項目設(shè)計過程中遇到的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計難題和應(yīng)對措施。針對超長結(jié)構(gòu),宜合理考慮樁側(cè)剛度以減小基礎(chǔ)對結(jié)構(gòu)的約束;樁基施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)柱位調(diào)整較大時,基礎(chǔ)選型宜充分考慮施工現(xiàn)狀,盡量利用好已完工的基樁,從而縮短工期,降低工程造價;對于大跨樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)盡量增加結(jié)構(gòu)的冗余度,宜避免采用懸挑大梁作為主要承重構(gòu)件。

Structural design of a complicated super-long commercial building in Guiyang

Abstract:A commercial building in Guiyang, with plane dimension of 281m×290m, is a complicated super-long structure with large-span floors and large-cantilever. The design difficulties in the project were researched in detail; the relationship between quality control and construction progress guarantee was focused on; the technology was analyzed sophisticatedly; concrete and effective countermeasures were put forward to ensure the structural safety and economic performance; and the contradiction between the design progress and design quality was solved. The structural design problems, the countermeasures and the specific issues encountered in the design process were introduced in detail. Related to super-long structures, the consideration of pile lateral stiffness was recommended to lower the structural thermal effect. During the pile construction stage, when the adjustment of structural columns happened, the design of foundation should take account of construction conditions and improve the utilization of built piles in order to shorten the period and reduce the cost. For large-span floors, enhancement of structural redundancy and avoiding making the cantilever beam as the main supporting structure should be introduced.
