[摘要] 針對(duì)開發(fā)量最大的高層剪力墻住宅設(shè)計(jì),探討了從剪力墻及梁板布置、結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析及調(diào)整方法、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造措施等多方面控制結(jié)構(gòu)成本的方法,并對(duì)計(jì)算分析中連梁超筋的處理、含少量框架柱剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的剪力調(diào)整等疑難問題提出了建議。介紹了一項(xiàng)按提出的優(yōu)化原則設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際案例,可供設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。

Abstract:Targeting tall residential buildings with shear wall structures, structural arrangement, structural calculation and analysis, construction measures and other methods to minimize cost were discussed. Advices to controversial questions, such as over reinforcing of link beams and shear forces adjustment of shear wall structures with small frames etc., were put forward. An example designed by optimization principles was introduced as a reference to the designers.
