(中國建筑西南設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,成都 610081)[摘要] 結(jié)合國航擬建機(jī)庫前期的可行性研究及設(shè)計(jì)咨詢工作,對各種結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行了分析探討。該機(jī)庫跨度(147+72.5)m,進(jìn)深83m,由維修機(jī)庫和噴漆機(jī)庫組成。對機(jī)庫可能采用的結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行了概念分析和具體的計(jì)算分析,包括張弦桁架體系、索托體系、斜拉體系、拱架體系、主次桁架體系、拱架+網(wǎng)架體系,探討了各種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及其適用范圍。結(jié)合擬建機(jī)庫的設(shè)計(jì)條件和工藝條件,對拱架+網(wǎng)架體系進(jìn)行了大量的計(jì)算和優(yōu)化,給出了用鋼量指標(biāo)。

Abstract:According to the feasibility study and consultancy service for a large span hangar which is to be built, several kinds of structural schemes were analyzed. The hangar is composed of a maintenance hangar and a painting hangar. The span is (147+72.5)m and the depth is 83m. Concept and detailed analysis were proceeded according to the possible structural style,including truss string structure, cable-bracket style, inclined cable structure, arch truss structure, principal-secondary truss, arch truss structure and grid structure,then the advantage and disadvantage of all these structural styles were pointed out. According to the design conditions and technical conditions,computations and optimizations were proceeded to the lagging structure and grid structure,and steel consumption was given.
