[摘要]   中國(guó)現(xiàn)代五項(xiàng)賽事中心游泳擊劍館屋蓋采用鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)。主要介紹了該工程屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)選型,通過(guò)有限元軟件對(duì)鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力和整體穩(wěn)定性分析,并且將網(wǎng)殼與下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)組裝,分析了下部結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)網(wǎng)殼受力的影響;同時(shí)通過(guò)實(shí)體有限元對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)承載力和剛度進(jìn)行了分析。計(jì)算表明,鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)主要由整體穩(wěn)定性控制,節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度及剛度均滿足要求,分析結(jié)果可為同類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Design on single-layer aluminum shell roof of Swimming and Sword

Abstract:The roof of Swimming and Sword Gymnasium of Chinese Modern Five Competition Center was designed as a single-layer aluminum shell. By finite element method, it mostly focused on the following aspects: the type choosing of the roof, the calculation and analysis of the single-layer aluminum shell, the influence of the stiffness of the concrete frame on the loading behavior of the aluminum shell. The stiffness and loading capacity of joints were discussed as well. The results indicate that the single-layer aluminum shell is controlled by the overall buckling and the joint design can satisfy the requirement. The practice may provide some useful suggestions for the future design of the aluminum shell.
