青島頤中體育館大跨折板球形網(wǎng)殼鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]   青島頤中體育館屋蓋是一個(gè)由60塊三角形平板網(wǎng)架組成的折板球形網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)。基于結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)選型分析,確定了網(wǎng)格劃分和網(wǎng)殼最優(yōu)厚度,最終采用栓焊混合球節(jié)點(diǎn)的三角錐網(wǎng)格形式;結(jié)合下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)行了整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及支座選型,采用萬向彈簧球鉸支座,以減小推力,減弱對(duì)下部結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;針對(duì)體育館體積龐大、多棱角多坡度及青島海濱城市多風(fēng)且風(fēng)壓大的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)和抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)屋蓋進(jìn)行了整體穩(wěn)定性分析,揭示了初始缺陷和幾何非線性對(duì)整體性能的影響,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)有較強(qiáng)的整體穩(wěn)定性。

Steel structure design of large span folded-plate spherical reticulated shell of Qingdao Yizhong Gymnasium

Abstract:The roof of Qingdao Yizhong Gymnasium is made up of sixty triangle flat grids structures which were folded to global shape. According to force performance and economic index, the structure type,grid division and the best structural thickness of the roof were determined. Tri-pyramid grid structure was used with bolt ball joints and welding ball joints. Structural design and support design were proceeded. Universal rotary movement support was adopted,so the push force and the effect to down-structure were reduced. The gymnasium is very huge and the roof has many angles and slopes, at the same time, the wind pressure is very big in Qingdao, so the wind tunnel test and wind-resisting design were proceeded. According to the analysis of the overall stability of the roof,the effect of initial geometry imperfections and nonlinear geometric behavior was given. The results indicate that the structure has good overall stability.
