[摘要]研究了上海世博軸結(jié)構(gòu)中一種新型的鋼管格構(gòu)柱的性能,柱子由三個肢體的圓管與一些沿柱軸線間隔布置的橫隔板組成,其截面中間大、兩端小,抗彎剛度非線性變化。進(jìn)行了比例分別為1∶2和1∶1試件的破壞性試驗(yàn),測試了鋼管和橫隔板等部位的位移和應(yīng)變分布;應(yīng)用ABAQUS軟件建立有限元模型,對2個試件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析。試驗(yàn)指出,這種新型的鋼管格構(gòu)柱的破壞模式是整體彎扭失穩(wěn),橫向撓曲變形呈現(xiàn)S形波,兩個半波在尺度上或者有點(diǎn)接近、或者差別很大。柱的承載力符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,橫隔板與鋼管直接焊接的連接方式是適宜的,所建立的有限元模型成功地模擬了試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,揭示了幾何初始缺陷對承載力有重要影響。
