［摘要］華源辦公大廈副樓屬平面不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)。針對地下室柱網(wǎng)尺寸大且地下水位高、樓蓋跨度大且活荷載重、結(jié)構(gòu)超長等特點，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中分別采用抗浮錨桿、組合樓蓋和后澆帶等技術(shù)措施，以滿足建筑功能要求。還對上部超長結(jié)構(gòu)溫度應(yīng)力分析的結(jié)果和大跨度鋼梁的施工方案進行了介紹，供類似工程借鑒。

Structural design of vice-floor of Huayuan office building

Abstract:The vice-floor of Huayuan office building belongs to irregular plane structure. According to the characteristics of large column network dimension of basement and high groundwater table, large span and heavy live load of floor, and super-long structure, the technology of anti-floating anchor, composite floor and late poured band etc. were used separately in design in order to satisfy the architecture requirement. The analysis results of temperature stress of super-long structure and construction scheme of large-span steel beams were also introduced. Design points of this project could provide reference for similar projects.
