[摘要]針對(duì)亳州地區(qū)百米高層采用管樁樁基方案無(wú)法穿越細(xì)砂層的問(wèn)題,經(jīng)深入分析巖土地質(zhì)力學(xué)參數(shù)和土層分布,并結(jié)合大量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)載荷板試驗(yàn)和理論計(jì)算驗(yàn)證,確定采用高強(qiáng)預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁復(fù)合地基處理方案,該方案通過(guò)提高基底淺層黏土地基承載力可使足夠厚度的細(xì)砂層作為樁端持力層,解決了樁基穿越細(xì)砂層的問(wèn)題,為地方勘察設(shè)計(jì)提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn),可作為成功案例參考。項(xiàng)目于2015年底結(jié)構(gòu)封頂,主體沉降控制在2~3cm左右,并趨于穩(wěn)定。

Case study of foundation design optimization of Bozhou Wanda Plaza

Abstract:The pipe pile foundation scheme of a one-hundred-meter high building in Bozhou region cannot pass through the fine sand layer. Through in-depth analysis of rock soil mechanics parameters and soil layer distribution, combined with a large number of field loading plate tests and theoretical calculation verifications, composite foundation treatment scheme with high-strength prestressed pipe pile was determined. This scheme could make the fine sand layer with sufficient thickness as the pile end bearing capacity layer by improving shallow clay foundation bearing capacity, which could solve the problem of pile foundation passing through fine sand layer and could provide experience and successful case for the local survey and design. The structure was completed at the end of 2015, the settlement of the main body was controlled at about 2~3cm, and tended to be stable.
