［摘要］2010年上海世博會中國館B3區(qū)為中國館裙樓的組成部分之一，該區(qū)坐落在地鐵M8號線車站上方，故設(shè)置四根托換梁托住上部結(jié)構(gòu)，使其與地鐵站頂蓋完全脫離。托換梁采用空腹預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁，最大跨度達(dá)45m。托換梁在施工和使用過程中受荷下沉，導(dǎo)致上部結(jié)構(gòu)的柱腳支座產(chǎn)生不均勻沉降和轉(zhuǎn)動，增大了上部結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力，故設(shè)計(jì)和施工時(shí)采用改變支承邊界條件的方法：即施工階段柱腳鉸接，而使用階段柱腳剛接，采用該方法減小了上部結(jié)構(gòu)的彎矩值，在節(jié)省用鋼量方面有一定效果。
