H型鋼-木組合梁受彎性能數(shù)值模擬及參數(shù)分析

[摘要]采用ABAQUS有限元分析軟件對9根H型鋼-木組合梁試件的受彎性能進行非線性數(shù)值分析,并對組合梁數(shù)值模擬中木材和H型鋼材料模型定義、有限元建模、彈簧單元生成及后處理等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行系統(tǒng)研究。采用ABAQUS中的彈簧單元Spring2組成三維連接單元模擬木材與H型鋼的相互作用,并提出了生成彈簧單元的實用方法。分析結(jié)果表明,鋼-木組合梁的ABAQUS數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合良好,從而表明所建立的ABAQUS數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)合理、可行。同時對鋼-木組合梁抗彎性能進行參數(shù)分析,考慮鋼材屈服強度、H型鋼腹板厚度及高度、H型鋼翼緣厚度、木材厚度和組合梁寬度對抗彎剛度和抗彎承載力的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,H型鋼腹板高度影響最為顯著,而腹板厚度的影響作用最小。

Numerical simulation and parameter analysis of flexural behavior of H-shape steel-wood composite beams

Abstract:Non-Linear numerical analyses for bending performance of nine H-shape steel-wood composite beams though ABAQUS software and systematic researches on some key technology such as material model definition of wood and H-shape steel, finite element modeling, spring unit generating and after-treatment were carried out. Spring2 element was used to build up three-dimensional connection model to simulate the interaction between wood board and H-spape steel, and practical method of generating spring unit was proposed. The analysis results show that the calculation results of ABAQUS largely accord with the experimental results, and it indicates that ABAQUS numerical simulation technology is reasonable and feasible. At the same time, the main parameters affecting bending performance of composite beams were analyzed, including steel yield strength, H-slape steel web thickness and height, H-slape steel flange thickness, wood thickness and composite H-slape steel  width. The results show that beam web height is the most significant influencing parameters, while the influence of web thickness is the least.
