螺栓間距對大規(guī)格角鋼節(jié)點受力性能的影響*

[摘要]由角鋼節(jié)點減孔數(shù)的計算公式可知,減孔數(shù)的多少除了與角鋼準距、螺栓孔徑的大小相關外,還與螺栓間距相關,因此,以∠220×20和∠250×26為例進行螺栓間距對節(jié)點受力性能的影響分析。結果表明,對于∠220×20和∠250×26角鋼,在布置兩排或三排M20螺栓時的最優(yōu)螺栓間距均為100mm;在布置兩排或三排M24螺栓時的最優(yōu)螺栓間距均為120mm。

Influence of bolt spacing on mechanical performance of large size angle steel node

Abstract:According to the calculation formula of hole reduction number, the number of hole reduction is related to rolled angle directrix, the size of the bolt holes and bolt spacing. Therefore, angle steels with specifications of ∠220×20 and ∠250×26 were taken as examples to analyze the effect of the bolt spacing on mechanical performance of the node. Results show that the optimal bolt spacing for both ∠220×20 and ∠250×26 angle steels is 100mm, when M20 bolts were arranged in two or three rows. The optimal bolt spacing is 120mm for M24 arranged in two or three rows.
