[摘要]采用ANSYS軟件建立焊接H形截面純彎鋼構(gòu)件有限元分析模型,模擬截面殘余應(yīng)力、板件初始缺陷和幾何非線性,分析強(qiáng)翼緣弱腹板和弱翼緣強(qiáng)腹板兩組構(gòu)件的彈塑性局部相關(guān)屈曲性能,分別討論腹板高厚比、翼緣寬厚比和相對寬厚比(腹板高厚比與翼緣寬厚比之比)對構(gòu)件局部穩(wěn)定系數(shù)的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,局部穩(wěn)定系數(shù)隨腹板高厚比或翼緣寬厚比增大而顯著降低,與相對寬厚比基本成線性關(guān)系;兩組局部穩(wěn)定系數(shù)擬合公式相對誤差為-1-19%~1-15%,精度較高;可以根據(jù)整體穩(wěn)定性和局部相關(guān)穩(wěn)定性近似相等的原則,確定腹板高厚比和翼緣寬厚比限值相關(guān)曲線;平面外整體長細(xì)比較小時,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范的腹板高厚比和翼緣寬厚比限值部分超越寬厚比限值相關(guān)曲線。

Elasto\|plastic local interactive buckling analysis of welded H-section steel members under pure bending moment

Abstract:The finite element analysis model of a welded H-section steel member under pure bending moment was created with ANSYS to simulate the elasto-plastic local interactive bucking properties of two groups of steel members (the strong flange and weak web group, and the weak flange and strong web group), considering the sectional residual stresses, the plate initial imperfections and the geometrical nonlinearities. The influences of the web height-thickness ratio, the flange width-thickness ratio, the relative width-thickness ratio (the ratio of web height-thickness ratio to flange widththickness ratio) on the local interactive bucking coefficient were investigated, respectively. Study results show that the local interactive bucking coefficient decreases significantly as the web height-thickness ratio or the flange width-thickness ratio increases, and varies quasi-linearly with the relative width-thickness ratio. Two fitting formulas of local interactive bucking coefficient were achieved with high accuracy, and their relative errors were within -1-19%~1-15%. According to the principle of simultaneous overall buckling and local interactive buckling, the web height-thickness ratio limit and flange width-thickness ratio limit correlation curves were derived, which might be partly surpassed by the web and flange width-thickness ratio limitations given in the Code for design of steel structures if the out-of-plane overall slenderness was relatively small.
