[摘要]采用MIDAS 2012軟件,運(yùn)用數(shù)值分析的方法對(duì)在建的無(wú)軸式摩天輪與橋梁組合的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析研究,此摩天輪結(jié)構(gòu)形式為編織斜交網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)分析橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)、下部結(jié)構(gòu)及摩天輪結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算結(jié)果,研究、分析了無(wú)軸式摩天輪橋輪一體化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)模型,提出了無(wú)軸式摩天輪與橋梁結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)理念。分析結(jié)果表明:橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、應(yīng)力及穩(wěn)定性能夠滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)具有較高的安全可靠性;摩天輪結(jié)構(gòu)變形、強(qiáng)度與整體穩(wěn)定性也均滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,其安全性可以得到保證。

Design and analysis of wheel and bridge integration structure of super-large diameter shaftless ferris wheel

Abstract:Using MIDAS 2012 software, numerical analysis method was conducted to study and analyze wheel and bridge integration structure of super-large diameter shaftless ferris wheel which was in construction. The structure form of the ferris wheel was the weaving skew grid steel structure. By analyzing the design and calculation results of upper structure and the lower structure of the bridge and the ferris wheel, the model of the wheel and bridge integration structure of the shaftless ferris wheel was analyzed and studied to propose design concepts of integration of shaftless ferris wheel and bridge. The analysis results show that the deformation, stress and stability of the bridge structure can meet the relevant specification requirements and the structure has high safety and reliability. The deformation, strength and overall stability of the ferris wheel structure also meet the relevant specification requirements, and the safety can be guaranteed.
