雙面疊合裝配式剪力墻豎向連接鋼筋錨固性能靜力試驗研究*

[摘要]考慮混凝土強度、鋼筋與預制板內(nèi)表面間距、鋼筋粘結(jié)長度、鋼筋直徑和鋼筋位置5個參數(shù),對雙面疊合裝配式剪力墻豎向連接鋼筋的錨固性能進行了靜力拉拔試驗研究。通過試件破壞形態(tài)、粘結(jié)應力-滑移曲線分析了豎向連接鋼筋的粘結(jié)滑移破壞機理,并探索了不同參數(shù)試件的粘結(jié)強度變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,從靜力試驗的角度來看,雙面疊合剪力墻豎向連接鋼筋的錨固粘結(jié)強度變化規(guī)律與現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件中的情況基本一致,錨固長度按現(xiàn)行《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設計規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)規(guī)定的取值是可行的。

Static experimental study on bond-anchorage performance of vertical connection steel bar in double-sided superimposed prefabricated shear wall

Abstract:Static pull-out test on anchorage performance of vertical connecting rebar used in the double-sided superimposed prefabricated shear wall was carried out considering 5 parameters including concrete strength, distance bewteen rebar and inner surface of precast slab, bond length of rebar, diameter and the position of the rebar. Based on the failure mode and bond stress-slippage curve of the specimens, the failure mechanism of the bond-slip behavior was analyzed and the variation law of the bond strength of specimens with different parameters was explored. The results show that the bond anchorage performance and bond strength of the vertical connecting rebars in the double-sided superimposed prefabricated shear wall essentially in agreement with those of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete members from the perspective of static test and analysis. It is feasible to decide anchorage length according to the current Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010).
