復(fù)雜大跨圓形劇院預(yù)應(yīng)力體系設(shè)計與內(nèi)力分析*

[摘要]以上海國際金融中心項目中復(fù)雜大跨圓形劇院設(shè)計分析為背景,對屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)應(yīng)力體系進行內(nèi)力分析,提出通過在圓形劇院屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)中部設(shè)置環(huán)梁解決徑向梁在中部交匯問題的方法。通過對環(huán)梁和徑向梁進行內(nèi)力分析,得出環(huán)梁為近乎均勻的受彎構(gòu)件,且軸向拉力并不大,進而可知環(huán)梁和環(huán)梁內(nèi)部所圍成的厚板可以起到有效傳遞彎矩的作用。在環(huán)梁和板共同剛度足夠大的情況下,現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)的受力等同于原所有梁匯交于中點的受力。基于徑向梁靠中部剛性塊連為整體的受力形式,在施工順序中應(yīng)盡量安排對稱張拉。最后對比了劇院屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)撓度的實測結(jié)果與計算結(jié)果,二者結(jié)果基本吻合。

Design and internal force analysis of prestressed concrete system for complex large-span circular theatre

Abstract:Based on the design and analysis of the complex large-span circular theater of the Shanghai International Finance Center project, the internal force analysis of the prestressed system of roof structure was conducted. A method was proposed for solving the problem of radial beam confluence in the middle by setting a ring beam in the middle of the circular theater roof structure. By analyzing the internal forces of the ring beam and the radial beam, it is concluded that the ring beam is a nearly uniform bending member and the axial tension is not large. It can be seen that the thick plate surrounded by the ring beam and the ring beam can effectively transmit the bending moments. In the case where the common stiffness of the ring beam and the plate is large enough, the existing structure is equivalent to the force of all the beams at the midpoint. Based on the mechanical form with radial beam composed as a whole by the rigid block in the middle, a symmetrical tension should be arranged in the construction sequence. Finally, the field measurement results of the roof structure deflection of the theater are compared with the calculated results. The results are in good agreement with each other.
