圓形ETFE氣枕粘塑性成形過程分析

[摘要]設(shè)計(jì)制作了圓形ETFE氣枕模型,進(jìn)行氣枕粘塑性成形試驗(yàn),得到氣枕膜面高度與內(nèi)壓的實(shí)時(shí)變化曲線。基于Perzyna的粘塑性本構(gòu)方程,對(duì)ETFE薄膜進(jìn)行單向拉伸試驗(yàn),得到材料拉伸曲線及屈服強(qiáng)度,通過MATLAB擬合得到Perzyna本構(gòu)方程參數(shù),利用有限元軟件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明:ETFE氣枕粘塑性成形過程試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與數(shù)值分析結(jié)果吻合良好,運(yùn)用Perzyna粘塑性本構(gòu)方程以及非線性材料模型可以準(zhǔn)確、有效地完成ETFE粘塑性成形過程分析。

Viscoplastic forming analysis of ETFE circular cushion

Abstract:ETFE circular cushion model was designed and the viscoplastic forming tests were carried out, the changing real\|time data curve of  pressure and height of air pillow were obtained. Based on the Perzyna model, uniaxial tensile tests were carried out on ETFE film while the  material tensile curve and yield strength were obtained, thus constants of Perzyna simplified viscoplastic model were obtained by MATLAB. Simulation analysis of this cushion was carried out by using finite elements software. Comparing finite element calculation results to testing results, it′s found that the test results and the numerical results are in good agreement in the ETFE cushion viscoplastic forming process, the analysis of  ETFE cushion viscoplastic forming process can accurately and effectively complete by using of Perzyna viscoplastic constitutive equation.
