[摘要]湄潭體育場看臺(tái)罩棚為茶葉形自由曲面,罩棚采用空間管桁架結(jié)構(gòu),通過樹形支撐與下部混凝土看臺(tái)相連。采用參數(shù)化方法來提高自由曲面結(jié)構(gòu)的建模效率,對(duì)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)和桿件進(jìn)行精細(xì)化建模并建立多尺度計(jì)算模型,同下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行總裝分析。分析結(jié)果表明,對(duì)組合結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行總裝分析可以合理考慮下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)上部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的彈性約束;多尺度模型權(quán)衡了分析結(jié)果的精度和計(jì)算消耗的時(shí)間,彌補(bǔ)了宏觀模型分析忽略關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)尺寸效應(yīng)的不足,能夠?qū)﹃P(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行精細(xì)化分析,使節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力分析結(jié)果更為真實(shí)。

Structural design and analysis on Guizhou Meitan Grandstand Roof

Abstract:Meitan Grandstand Roof is a free-form surface, which looks like the tea leaf. Space-tube-truss is used in the roof structure and connects with the concrete stand by tree-like struts. Parametric modeling method was adopted to improve modeling efficiency. A multiscale model was built for refined key joints and trusses. The whole structural analysis of space-tube-truss and concrete stand was also carried out. The results show that the elastic constraint of the concrete structure to the steel structure can be rationally considered in the steel-concrete composite structure by the whole structural analysis. The multiscale model can finely weigh the computational accuracy and computing time and cover the shortage of the macro model analysis ignoring the key node size effect,which can carry on the fine analysis of key nodes and make the stress state of the joints more real.
