泰禾長安中心連體塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與研究

[摘要]泰禾長安中心連體塔樓為一地上21層、地下5層的斜交連體結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)高98-7m,埋深23-3m,頂部4層為25m跨連體,塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),連體采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。八寶山斷裂穿過場地,開展了地震安評確定地震作用,并對安評成果的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了探討。建筑形體復(fù)雜,通過風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)確定幕墻和結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)荷載,給出了風(fēng)荷載確定方法。結(jié)構(gòu)頂部有大跨連體和大懸挑,下部有多層裙房,采取合理措施控制了結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性,用性能化設(shè)計方法來保證抗震安全,重點(diǎn)比較了連體樓蓋的剪力估算方法。基底為不均勻地基,綜合安評、初勘及詳勘成果,明確了基底土層特性,考慮荷載大小、差異沉降及經(jīng)濟(jì)性等因素確定了主樓和裙樓的地基基礎(chǔ)方案,通過專項(xiàng)論證優(yōu)化了抗浮設(shè)防水位,解決了裙房的整體抗浮問題。

Structural design and research on connected tower structure of Tahoe Chang′an Center

Abstract:Connected tower of Tahoe Chang′an Center is a 98-7m-high 21-story diagonally connected structure with 5-story 23-3m-depth basement, with a 25m-span 4-story connected part at the top of the building. The tower building adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure and the connected part adopts steel structure. The site is cut across by Babao Mount fracture, so earthquake motion action was determined by seismic safety assessment. The application of earthquake safety assessment results was discussed. The building shape is complex, so wind load on curtain wall and the structure was determined through wind tunnel test, and wind load determining method was provided. There are large-cantilever parts and large-span parts on top of the structure and there are multi-story podiums at the bottom of the structure. Irregularities of the structure were controlled by reasonable measures, and performance-based seismic design method was used to ensure seismic safety and estimating  methods for seismic shear force of conjoined floor were compared particularly. There is uneven foundation at base, so safety assessment results and early survey results and detailed survey results were combined to determine the basal soil characteristics. Foundation scheme of the main building and the podiums was determined considering load, settlement difference and economic factors. The anti-floating fortification water level was optimized through expert research to solve the overall anti-floating issue of podiums.
