輕骨料混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板受力性能試驗與分析*

[摘要]通過對相同配筋率、相同張拉控制應(yīng)力、相同混凝土強度等級、不同粗骨料混凝土品種、不同跨度的4組8塊預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板進(jìn)行三分點受彎試驗,研究了配置螺旋肋消除應(yīng)力鋼絲的輕骨料混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板的正截面受力性能和破壞特征。試驗結(jié)果表明:輕骨料混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板在受彎過程中,經(jīng)歷彈性、彈塑性、塑性三個發(fā)展階段,正截面符合平截面假定;輕骨料混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板具有同普通混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板相似的承載能力和破壞特征;輕骨料混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板的極限承載力可參照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范進(jìn)行計算;依據(jù)混凝土規(guī)范推薦的截面塑性抵抗矩影響系數(shù)γ值來進(jìn)行開裂彎矩計算具有更大的安全儲備;輕骨料混凝土預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力空心板的撓度變化滿足混凝土規(guī)范設(shè)計使用要求。

Experiment and analysis on mechanical behavior of lightweight aggregate concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slab

Abstract:The mechanical properties and failure characteristics of normal sections of lightweight aggregate concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slabs which combined with spiral-rid eliminating stress steel wire were studied by three-point bending tests of four groups of eight precast prestressed hollow-core slabs with same reinforcement ratio, same tension control stress, same strength grade of concrete, different coarse aggregate concrete types and different spans. The test results indicate that lightweight aggregate concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slabs experience three development stages of elastic, elastic-plastic and plastic stages in the process of bending tests, and the normal section objects to the assumption of plane section. The bearing capacity and failure characteristics of the lightweight aggregate concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slabs are similar to those of normal concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slabs. The ultimate bearing capacity of the lightweight aggregate concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slabs can be calculated according to the current specifications. The cracking moment calculated according to the value of section plastic resistance moment coefficient of γ recommended by concrete specifications has greater security reserve. The deflection change of lightweight aggregate concrete precast prestressed hollow-core slabs meets the design requirements of concrete specifications.
