[摘要]為了驗(yàn)證灌芯裝配式混凝土剪力墻豎向分布鋼筋搭接連接方法的可行性,按照100%的鋼筋搭接接頭率,依據(jù)混凝土規(guī)范規(guī)定的要求設(shè)置鋼筋的搭接長度,設(shè)計(jì)制作了16個(gè)預(yù)制混凝土鋼筋搭接連接試件??紤]鋼筋直徑和搭接長度的影響因素,完成了試件的單向拉伸試驗(yàn),得到了構(gòu)件鋼筋搭接連接的破壞模式及各因素的影響規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)研究表明,按照混凝土規(guī)范中鋼筋搭接長度計(jì)算公式計(jì)算的搭接長度滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,此種連接方式性能可靠且施工簡便,適合預(yù)制裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的鋼筋連接。

Experiment on vertical distribution reinforced bar lapping length of core-grouted assembled concrete shear walls

Abstract:In order to study the feasibility of the vertical distribution reinforced bar lapping connection method of core-grouted prefabricated concrete shear walls, 16 precast concrete reinforced bar lapping connection components were designed and made with the 100% area percentage rate of the lap joints. The reinforced bar lapping length was determined according to code for design of concrete structures. Considering influential factors of reinforced bar diameter and lapping length, uniaxial tension tests on specimens were completed to obtain the failure mode and the impact laws of various factors. The experimental study shows that, the lapping length calculated by formula of reinforced bars lapping length in the code for design of concrete structures meets the design requirements. This connection method is reliable in performance and its construction is convenient, and it is suitable for the reinforced bar connection of concrete components of prefabricated concrete structure.
