裝配式組合梁高強(qiáng)螺栓連接件抗剪性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼-混凝土組合樓蓋和組合橋梁等結(jié)構(gòu)的裝配化,提出了一種鋼梁-預(yù)制混凝土板采用高強(qiáng)螺栓的可拆卸裝配式抗剪連接方法。以螺栓直徑、孔徑比(預(yù)留孔徑和螺栓直徑的比值)、約束條件為試驗(yàn)參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了共14個(gè)試件,研究預(yù)制裝配式高強(qiáng)螺栓抗剪連接件的抗剪性能。通過試驗(yàn)獲得了預(yù)制裝配式連接件的破壞模式、高強(qiáng)螺栓的抗剪承載力和荷載-滑移特性,同時(shí),與現(xiàn)澆混凝土板推出試件的破壞模式和受力性能進(jìn)行對比。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:所有試件均發(fā)生螺栓的剪斷破壞,且斷裂均發(fā)生在混凝土板與鋼梁的交界面上;增大孔徑比能改善螺栓的抗剪性能;高強(qiáng)螺栓、無收縮自密實(shí)水泥基高強(qiáng)澆筑料(HPG)和混凝土板之間的連接是可靠的;由抗拉強(qiáng)度和截面面積控制的抗剪承載力計(jì)算公式可較好地預(yù)測連接件的極限承載力。

Experimental study on shear behavior of high strength bolt connection for prefabricated composite beam

Abstract:In order to realize the prefabrication of structures of steel-concrete composite floor and composite bridge, a detachable prefabricated shear connection method for steel beam-prefabricated concrete floor with high strength bolt was proposed. A total of 14 specimens were designed with the parameters of bolt diameter, aperture ratio (ratio of reserved aperture to bolt diameter) and the constraint condition as test parameters.The shear performance of prefabricated high strength bolted shear joints was studied. The failure mode and the load-slip characteristic of the high strength bolts were obtained by the tests, and the failure mode and the mechanical performance of the cast-in-place concrete slab were simulated. The results show that the shear failure of the bolt occurs in all the test specimens, and the fracture occurs at the interface between the concrete floor and the steel beam. The increase of the aperture ratio can improve the shear resistance of the bolts. The connection between high strength bolts, non-shrinkage self-compacting cement-based high-strength pouring grout (HPG) and the concrete floor is reliable. The shear bearing capacity calculation formula, controlled by the tensile strength and cross-sectional area, can better predict the ultimate bearing capacity of connections.
