一種新型裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)外掛墻板連接節(jié)點的受力性能分析和設計方法*

[摘要]裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系中預制外墻板多采用外掛的方式與主體結(jié)構(gòu)連接,其連接節(jié)點既要保證外掛墻板的安全可靠,還要保證外掛墻板與主體結(jié)構(gòu)之間的變形協(xié)調(diào)。提出一種構(gòu)造簡單、施工方便的新型裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)外掛墻板連接節(jié)點,并給出該節(jié)點的設計以及驗算方法。以某工程為例進行節(jié)點驗算和有限元分析,并對其承載力進行參數(shù)化研究,揭示節(jié)點的傳力機制以及破壞形態(tài),結(jié)果表明該節(jié)點具有良好的受力性能和應用前景。

Design method and strength analysis of a new out-hang connection of assembled steel structure cladding wall panels

Abstract:The precast cladding wall panels are generally connected to assembled steel structure with out-hung connection which should not only ensure the safety and reliability of the cladding panels but also keep the deformation consistent between the cladding panels and the structures. A new out-hang connection of assembled steel structure cladding wall panels characterizing simple structure and easy construction was presented, and the design and detailed capacity checking method were suggested. An project case was provided to conduct connection calculation and finite element analysis,and the parametric study was conducted for bearing capacity of connection to investigate its force transfer mechanism and failure model. The results show that this new connection has good mechanical behaviors and application potential.
