[摘要]ConXL節(jié)點(diǎn)是一種施工快速、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制造、綠色環(huán)保的新型裝配式節(jié)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50017—2003),對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)的螺栓間距和位置進(jìn)行重新布置,利用ABAQUS進(jìn)行非線性有限元分析,考察改進(jìn)后裝配式節(jié)點(diǎn)在低周反復(fù)荷載作用下的力學(xué)性能及柱壁厚度、翼緣套板厚度、翼緣連接板厚度和梁端圓弧削弱深度這4個(gè)參數(shù)對(duì)該新型梁柱裝配式節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,新型裝配式節(jié)點(diǎn)具備良好的抗震性能和耗能能力。根據(jù)有限元分析結(jié)果對(duì)該新型節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)給出建議:柱壁厚度的增加能較明顯改善節(jié)點(diǎn)受力狀況,方鋼管柱截面高厚比取22~25較為合適;翼緣套板厚度與鋼梁翼緣厚度比值不應(yīng)大于3-4;梁端圓弧削弱深度與鋼梁翼緣寬度比值應(yīng)控制在0-20~022之間。

Study on mechanical performances of a new prefabricated steel structure node

Abstract:ConXL node is a kind of new prefabricated node with rapid construction, standardized manufacturing and environmental protection. According to the Code for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2003), the bolt spacing and location of nodes were rearranged, and ABAQUS was used to conduct nonlinear finite element analysis to examine the mechanical performances of the improved fabricated nodes under low cyclic loading, as well as the influences of column thickness, flange plate thickness, flange connection plate thickness and the weaken arc depth of beam end on the mechanical performances of the new beam-column prefabricated node. Research results show that the new prefabricated node has good seismic performance and energy dissipation ability. According to the results of finite element analysis, suggestions were given for the design of the new node: increase of column wall thickness can obviously improve the mechanical state of the node, and the height-thickness ratio of square steel pipe column section should be 22~25; the thickness of the flange plate should be no more than 3-4 times of the thickness of the steel beam flange; the ratio of weaken arc depth of beam end and flange width of beam should be controlled between 0-20 to 0-22.
