近代磚砌體及混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件承載力提高分析

(1 湖南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院，長(zhǎng)沙 410082； 2 中機(jī)國(guó)際工程設(shè)計(jì)研究院，長(zhǎng)沙 410007)［摘要］近代建筑具有著重要的歷史、文化和藝術(shù)價(jià)值，在各種長(zhǎng)期作用下，建筑物材料逐漸老化，構(gòu)件出現(xiàn)不同程度的開(kāi)裂、鋼筋銹蝕、混凝土疏松剝落及碳化，導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)性能逐漸衰退，建筑物的可靠度削弱，因此，對(duì)近代建筑維護(hù)加固進(jìn)行探討和研究具有重要的意義。以磚砌體及混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)為基礎(chǔ)，介紹了近代建筑原結(jié)構(gòu)承載力的分析要點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)分析了墻體采用鋼筋網(wǎng)復(fù)合砂漿加固、梁柱構(gòu)件采用鋼筋網(wǎng)復(fù)合砂漿以及混凝土加大截面加固結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的承載力提高數(shù)值，為今后近代建筑以及保護(hù)建筑的維護(hù)加固提供了參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］近代建筑；結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件；加固；承載力Study on the bearing capacity of structural member for modern architecture after reinforcementChen Dachuan1, Zhang Youliang2, Hu Haibo1(1 College of Civil Engineering, Hunan University, Changsha 410082, China; 2 China Machinery International Engineering Design & Research Institute, Changsha 410007, China)Abstract:Modern architecture has enormous historical, cultural and artistic value. However, due to the passage of time, and under the long-term effects of various factors, materials of building will gradually aging, various level of cracking, steel corrosion, spalling and carbonation of concrete appeared frame members, lead to degeneration of structural properties and decline of structural reliability. It has important significance to discuss and study to the maintenance and reinforcement of modern architecture. The bearing capacity for primary structure is analysed,and is introduced the bearing capacity improving value of reinforced walls strengthened with ferrocement, as well as reinforced framing members strengthened with ferrocement and modified concrete.
