[摘要]南通市政務(wù)中心北側(cè)停車綜合樓地上16層,采用預(yù)制裝配整體式框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,其中框架部分采用預(yù)制裝配建造工藝,剪力墻部分采用現(xiàn)澆施工工藝,圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)采用輕質(zhì)復(fù)合墻板,整幢建筑在建造過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)外腳手架、無(wú)砌筑、無(wú)抹灰的綠色施工。在總結(jié)以往類似工程項(xiàng)目在設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)件制作及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和問(wèn)題后,設(shè)計(jì)單位在此項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中采用了考慮優(yōu)化建造技術(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和技術(shù)措施,在保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全的前提下,實(shí)現(xiàn)了裝配式建筑設(shè)計(jì)和建造簡(jiǎn)單化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、合理化、效益化的目標(biāo),簡(jiǎn)化了施工工序,提高了施工效率,使工程取得了良好的綜合效益。該項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)具有一定創(chuàng)新性。

Structural design for construction technology optimization of high-rise prefabricated assembly type frame-shear wall structure

Abstract:Nantong Government Administration Center has a 16-layer parking comprehensive building on the north side, and the structure adopts the prefabricated assembly type frame-shear wall structure system, in which the frame part adopts the prefabricated assembly construction process, shear wall part adopts the cast-in-place construction process and the maintenance structure adopts composite wall panels. The whole construction process is green without scaffold, masonry and plastering. After summarizing the experience and problems in the design, component making and field construction of similar projects in the past, the design company adopted the design method and technical measures based on the construction technology optimization in the design process of the project. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure, the goals of simplification, standardization, rationalization and efficiency were achieved in the design and construction of the assembled building, which simplify the construction process, improve the construction efficiency and lead to good comprehensive benefit. The design techniques of the project are innovative.
