［摘要］基于寧波國(guó)際金融服務(wù)中心南區(qū)工程特點(diǎn)，分別提出了地下室分建及合建時(shí)的基坑支護(hù)方案。采用MIDAS/GTS軟件分析了基坑受力、變形規(guī)律，從經(jīng)濟(jì)性、安全性及施工便利性等多角度對(duì)地下室分建、合建時(shí)的基坑支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究，并將有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比，驗(yàn)證了合建方案的合理性。研究成果可為軟土地區(qū)相鄰地塊聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)地下室設(shè)計(jì)及基坑支護(hù)選型提供參考和借鑒。

Selection study of deep foundation pit schemes of southern district of Ningbo International Financial Services Centre

Abstract:According to the engineering characteristics of the southern district of Ningbo International Financial Services Centre, foundation pit supporting schemes were proposed for individual construction and combining construction of the basement respectively. The software MIDAS/GTS was used to analyze mechanism and deformation law of  the foundation pit supporting schemes, and individual construction and combining construction schemes of the basement were compared and studied from perspectives of cost, safety and construction convenience. Finally, the rationality of the combining construction scheme was verified by comparing the results from FEM and those from the field monitoring. The research achievements could provide references for basement design and foundation pit supporting scheme selection in joint development of some adjacent plots in soft soil area.
