[摘要]為了解決沉降后澆帶澆筑時(shí)機(jī)與工期的矛盾,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程的地質(zhì)條件和施工工況,綜合考慮筏板、多樁和地下水等因素,運(yùn)用數(shù)值模擬的方法建立了主、裙樓的樁筏基礎(chǔ)-土體三維有限元數(shù)值模型,對(duì)主樓和裙樓的沉降和差異沉降發(fā)展過(guò)程進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,揭示了高層建筑樁筏基礎(chǔ)沉降發(fā)展規(guī)律;將數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟蹤沉降監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析,建立主、裙樓之間的差異沉降發(fā)展時(shí)間-過(guò)程模型;結(jié)合主樓和裙樓差異沉降曲線,依據(jù)《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50007—2011)差異沉降的控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建議了沉降后澆帶最佳澆筑時(shí)機(jī)的確定方法。經(jīng)數(shù)例工程實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,該計(jì)算模型具有一定的工程適用性。

Casting moment decision of post-construction joints on pile supported raft foundation

Abstract:In order to slove the contradiction between the casting moment decision of post-construction joint and the construction period , based on geological conditions and practical construction stages of a practical project, considering the functions of raft, piles, groundwater and other so on, a three-dimensional finite numerical model of soil and piles supported raft foundation of main building and affiliated building was set up and the courses of settlement and difference settlement between main and affiliated buildings on piles supported raft foundations were calculated and analyzed to reveal settlement development law of pile raft foundation for high-rise buildings. Then the results of numerical simulation and filed monitoring data were compared to establish a model considering development time and process of the difference settlement between the main and affiliated buildings. Finally, according to the differential settlement curves of the main and affiliated buildings and the differential settlement control standard in Code for design of building foundation (GB 50007—2011), the decision-making method on casting moment of post-construction joints between the main and affiliated buildings was suggested. The suggested model had been practical applied to several projects.
