優(yōu)秀歷史建筑抗震性能鑒定分析

[摘要]對于建設年代久遠、建設初期工藝低下、結構體系復雜的優(yōu)秀歷史建筑,從技術上對其進行分析、從工藝上對其進行加固一直是個難題。以優(yōu)秀歷史建筑大光明電影院為例,對其進行抗震性能分析,并對其在多遇、罕遇地震作用下進入彈塑性狀態(tài)時的破壞過程進行模擬,找出結構薄弱部位并對其進行適當?shù)募庸?。結果表明,該類結構在罕遇地震作用下,一層大空間存在結構薄弱部位,容易進入彈塑性狀態(tài),并首先破壞,給房屋安全造成很大影響,可采取增加該部位結構剛度的措施對其進行加固。

Seismic performance identification analysis of remarkable historic buildings

Abstract:It is a problem to technically analyse and reinforce remarkable historic buildings which was built for a long time, low initial construction technology and complex structural system. For instance, remarkable historical building of the Grand Cinema was taken seismic performance analysis. The failure process of the structure in elastic-plastic state under frequent and rare earthquakes were simulated respectively to find out the weak parts for appropriate reinforcement. The results show that, under the influence of rare earthquake, the first layer large space of the structure has weak structural parts, and it is easy to enter a elastic-plastic state and is destroyed at first. This leads to great impact on building safety and the weak part can be reinforced by increasing the structural stiffness.
