[摘要]對(duì)某輕型鋼樓梯結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行相關(guān)試驗(yàn)測(cè)試及有限元計(jì)算,并通過峰值加速度、均方根加速度等指標(biāo)對(duì)該鋼樓梯進(jìn)行了舒適度分析。分析結(jié)果表明,澆筑混凝土面層的鋼樓梯及焊接護(hù)欄與涂抹防火涂料的鋼樓梯滿足舒適度要求;在實(shí)際過程中不宜直接使用裸鋼樓梯,宜澆筑混凝土面層。

Design and serviceability analysis of a light-weight steel staircase

Abstract:The relevant test and finite element calculation were conducted on a light-weight steel staircase structure, and serviceability of the steel staircase was analyzed through factors of peak acceleration and root mean square acceleration. The results show that the steel staircase pouring concrete surface with welding rails and the steel staircase coated with the fireproof coating meet the serviceability requirements. In the actual engineering, it is not advisable to use the bare staircase directly, and it′s suggested pouring concrete on its surface.
