超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)無縫設(shè)計

(1 信息產(chǎn)業(yè)電子第十一設(shè)計研究院有限公司，成都 610021； 2 中國建筑科學研究院，北京 100013)［摘要］超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在電子、通信、生物醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的廠房結(jié)構(gòu)中得到廣泛應用。由于高潔凈及防微振的要求，廠房不得設(shè)縫，因此超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的無縫設(shè)計已成為工程中必須解決的重要課題。基于大量的工程實踐，通過對超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進行溫度應力計算，采用膨脹劑補償混凝土收縮并形成自壓應力，以膨脹帶取代后澆帶，并采取有效的配筋構(gòu)造措施，同時配合以嚴格的施工技術(shù)管理，成功地實現(xiàn)了超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的無縫設(shè)計。該超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)廠房己服役多年,使用效果良好。［關(guān)鍵詞］超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)；無縫設(shè)計；混凝土收縮；控制縫Seamless design of concrete structures with large longitudinal lengthHuang Yizhuang1, Huang Huajing1, Wang Li1, Yuan Zhengquan1, Xu Youlin2, Gong Yaona2(1 The Eleventh Design & Research Institute of IT, Co., Ltd., Chengdu 610021, China;2 China Academy of Building Research, Beijing 100013, China)Abstract:Concrete structures with large longitudinal length are being widely used in electronic, communications, biomedical mill constructions. As a result of high-cleansing and anti-vibration requirements, the factory building must have no joints, so the seamless design of the concrete structures with large longitudinal length has become an important problem which it is urgent for the engineers to solve. Based on a large number of engineering practices, through the computation of thermal stresses about concrete structures with large longitudinal length, the sweller was used to form self compressive stress to compensate for the concrete shrinkage. At the same time, by replacing after-pouring strips with expansion strips, the effective reinforcement structural measures and the strict construction technique management are taken. By the implementation of these measures, the seamless design of the concrete structures with large longitudinal length has been successfully conducted.
